Ezy-Flo Point-to-Point

For many years ComCo Systems has designed and manufactured Drive-Thru pneumatic tube systems for the financial and pharmaceutical businesses. We also have been designing and manufacturing Point-to-Point pneumatic tube systems since 1968. We have a broad range of pneumatic tube products and knowledge that can help you with any of your pneumatic conveying needs.

Our Point-to-Point pneumatic tube system has a flexible design to complement the varied pneumatic tube system installation requirements. Overhead or underground, each pneumatic tube system is sold as a complete pneumatic tube system package that features:

Standard Features

  • Air cushioned delivery to protect material and extend carrier life
  • Safety Door Interlock ensures that all doors are closed before and during operation
  • LED Status Indicators indicating the readiness of the system
  • 4 gauge steel construction
  • Heavy acrylic doors with polished chrome handles
  • Remote blower location to decrease blower noise
  • Available in 2 ¼”, 3”, 4”, 4 ½”, 6”, and 4” x 7” tube size

    We, of course, can add additional features to customize a complete pneumatic tube system for your
    unique needs. Some of the unique additional features may be as follows:

  • 14 gauge stainless steel construction
  • Arrival signal (buzzer, strobe, etc.)
  • Photo-sensor to detect carrier arrival
  • Double door, through-the-wall station to serve two locations

    Ezy-Flo Semi-Automatic

    The Semi-Automatic system is designed to transport carriers from one point to as many as 7 separate locations. The Semi-Automatic systems utilize many of the same components as the standard Ezy-Flow Point-to-Point systems. The principal difference is in the choices of equipment that may be selected to be used as a “Master Station” and “Sub Stations” and the use of one or more Diverters.

    Along with the many choices of different “Stations”, all of the Semi-Automatic systems also utilize combinations of either 2 or 4 position Diverters to direct the carrier to the proper Sub Station location.

    Soft Delivery: Sensitive materials can be rapidly moved from point to point.

    Reliability: Time proven reliability. Easy to service in the event of an outage.

    Flexibility: Available in 3”, 4” & 4 ½” tube sizes.

    Quiet: Powerful 120VAC blower mounts remotely to decrease noise.

    Simplified Power: 120VAC, 20A service required at blower location only. Low voltage wiring between all other components in the system.

    The Semi-Automatic system offers many of the same “Standard Features” and “Options” that are shown as a part of the Point-to-Point system.
